The Swim Centre is committed to providing you with prompt, friendly customer service and will work to ensure that we dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible.
Our shipping partner is CourierPost/NZ Post and they aim to deliver your parcel within 3 working days from dispatch. Please be kind - despite everyone's best efforts delivery times can vary due to the impact of Covid-19.

We ship to Australia, orders may take up to 9 – 14 working days from dispatch due to delays caused by Covid-19.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Need to change your item for a different size? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we can put your preferred size aside in anticipation of your return.
Our priority is your satisfaction as a customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your merchandise within 7 days of the invoice date.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, returned goods must be in their ORIGINAL or UNUSED condition with TAGS attached and packaging undamaged. Health regulations stipulate that swimwear that is soiled, damaged, worn or laundered is considered to be in other than "As New" condition and cannot be returned. Regulations also require swimsuits to be tried on over undergarments.
We reserve the right to return to buyer without replacement any items which have been abused or improperly cared for.
Before shipping any items please contact us at email@example.com to arrange your return to ensure that we are ready to expect your item and can identify it correctly for processing.
All costs associated with returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must return the goods with prepaid shipping and we recommend insuring your parcel for your protection in case of loss. Ship to the address that is included in your 'returns' email that you will receive from The Swim Centre.
Your credit will be issued to your credit card. We may contact you again to get this as all information is not held by The Swim Centre.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, items which are damaged or not fit for purpose at sale will be covered under their individual warranty if deemed to be covered by the manufacturer who require the item to be able to make an assessment. The Swim Centre does not make this assessment and the process for assessment varies depending on manufacturer. No Assessment can be made without the damaged product present.
We do not refund based on change of mind so please choose carefully
Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible, so the sooner we hear from you, the better! If you need to cancel an order after placing it, please get in touch with us as soon as possible (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will do all we can to ensure your order doesn't leave our warehouse. In stock items normally ship within 48 hours after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible - at this point it becomes a return.
For obvious reasons, Custom and special-order items cannot be cancelled.
